Using this website

These terms cover your use of the Klub website and its partnership application. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

Klub helps creators build and operate businesses around courses, coaching, and communities. The information on this website is an introduction to that work. A partnership begins only when we both agree to its terms in a separate agreement.

Partnership applications

Submitting an application asks us to consider whether we could work together. It does not guarantee acceptance, an introductory call, funding, sales, or a particular outcome. Either party can choose not to proceed.

Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not include confidential information belonging to someone else. The application is intended for adults who can enter into a business agreement, or people authorised to act for their business.

We use application information as described in our privacy policy. Applying does not transfer ownership of your content or business to Klub.

Fees, payments, and agreed work

This website does not sell a product or take payment. Any fees, revenue share, deliverables, responsibilities, intellectual property arrangements, and payment terms will be set out in a separate agreement before work begins.

Cancellation and refund arrangements for a partnership belong in that agreement. If you purchase a creator’s course, coaching, or community, consult the seller’s checkout terms and refund policy. These website terms do not replace either set of terms.

If a signed partnership agreement conflicts with these website terms about that partnership, the signed agreement governs to the extent permitted by law.

Results and testimonials

Testimonials and revenue figures describe particular experiences. They are not a promise that you will get the same results or earn a particular amount. Results depend on factors including your offer, audience, work, costs, and market conditions. Revenue is not the same as profit.

Website content is general information. It is not personal financial, legal, or tax advice.

Respectful use

You may use this website to learn about Klub and contact us about a potential partnership. Please do not misuse it by submitting spam or false applications, attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious software, or collecting other people’s information without permission.

We may take reasonable steps to prevent misuse and protect the website.

Website content

Website text, design, branding, and media belong to Klub or their respective owners. You may view the site and share links to it. Reusing protected material for another purpose requires permission from the rights holder unless applicable law allows it.

You retain your rights to material you submit. We may use it to assess your application and discuss a potential partnership. Any wider use or ownership arrangements will be agreed separately.

Availability and external services

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but information may change and the site may occasionally be unavailable. We may update or remove content or features.

The application uses BoltForm, and the site may link to external services. Those services have their own terms and practices. If an application fails to load, you can open it directly in BoltForm.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any separate partnership agreement may set out responsibilities and liability for the services covered by that agreement, subject to applicable law.

Updates and questions

We may revise these terms as the website changes. Updated terms apply to use of the website after they are published; they do not change an existing signed partnership agreement. The revision date appears at the top of this page.
