Who this policy covers
Klub is the creator partnership business presented on this website. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Klub. This policy covers information handled through this website, partnership applications, and related conversations. It does not replace a privacy notice for a creator’s separate course, coaching program, or community.
For questions or requests about your information, see how to contact us.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Contact details, links to your profiles, information about your audience, skills, current offers, business, and goals, and any other information you choose to share in an application or conversation.
- Our conversations. Messages and information exchanged while discussing a potential or existing partnership.
- Technical information. Website and form providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and error or security logs when delivering their services.
Providing an application is optional. Some questions are needed to review it; without those answers, we may be unable to assess whether we can work together. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information through the application.
How we use information
We use information to assess whether a partnership is a good fit, respond to enquiries, arrange conversations, manage agreed work, and keep the website and our business secure. We may also keep records needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on steps you request before entering a contract and performance of an agreed contract; our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, assessing fit, and protecting our services; legal obligations where applicable; or your consent where required. We consider your rights when relying on legitimate interests.
Submitting an application is not consent to unrelated marketing. If we ask for consent for a separate purpose, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Storage and retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including reviewing your application, ongoing discussions, and managing a partnership. The length depends on whether our conversation is active, whether we work together, and whether records are needed for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards must be in place. You can contact us about the handling of your information or request deletion, subject to any lawful reason to retain it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of your information, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, receive it in a portable format, or object to processing. You can also withdraw consent where we rely on it.
See privacy requests for contact guidance. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. These rights can be subject to legal limits. You can raise a concern with us and, where applicable, complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the website or our use of information changes. The date above shows the latest revision. If applicable law requires a separate notice of a material change, we will provide one.
