The Klub website

The embedded application

The partnership application on the homepage is supplied by BoltForm. When that form loads, your browser connects to BoltForm, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Information you submit is processed through the form service.

BoltForm may use browser storage to support its form. Browser controls for third-party cookies and storage may affect how the embedded form works. You can open the application directly if it does not work in the website.

There are no optional Klub tracking categories to turn on or off in the current website. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this policy and add any consent controls required before it runs.
